Saving a schoo in Uganda

by Virginia Neumeyer | gift type: Other

Sometimes we think,"I can't possibly do anything great with $25.00." Well, I gave $25.00 to a person from Uganda who was the head mistress of a school. Her concern was that the school needed repair in order to open it. When she arrived back home in Uganda she was able to have the repairs done (one being a leaking roof). Anyway, the happy ending is that the school was opened to the students on time. To this day I think, "Wow, I did this with the $25.00 that I gave." I still get that warm fuzzy feeling when I think about it".
