We are from the Rotaract Club of Manila Metro of District 3810, Philippines. Our club is composed of young professionals and one of our projects is entitled " The Big Kuya Project" (kuya means brother). We started this project last October 2007, we have high school student volunteers who come with us every saturday to facilitate lessons on character education to children ages 8-12 who lives in Sitio Kabulusan, one of the depressed areas in the country.

We believe that by giving lessons on character education to this children, we will be able to help and guide them so that they may be responsible, god-fearing, and empowered individuals of our society.

We think that giving a little of our time can make a big impact to the lives of this children. By showing them that we care, we can give them hope and chance to fulfill their dreams.
