Carpenters Kids

My church - St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Mamaroneck NY recently sponsered 60 children in the Carpenters Kids program in Tanzania. These children are Aids Orphens and we provide them with school uniforms and school supplies so they can attend the local school. We also purchased a cow for the kids so they can have fresh milk with their breakfast. Our Priest recently went to visit them at the village of Hombolo Makulu and handed out backpacks, uniforms, hats and soccer balls and had a life changing experience. We feel blessed to be able to assist these children in whatever way that we can.
